Give yourself the gift of being present for your life! When we are truly present, wherever we are, we bring peace to ourselves and others.

We all engage in patterns of thinking and other behaviors that impact our sense of well being. We can reduce the amount of distress we experience and live a more authentic and healthy life by tuning in to what appears in our thoughts, emotions and body. Mindfulness meditation can bring awareness to our daily activities.

Participants are asked to please arrive on time as there will be no entry once meditation begins.

Facilitator Cheryl Siard, LCSW is a full-time therapist at Montrose Counseling Center.
